Dear students,

The post-graduate education committee organizes this year for you :

  • a lecture cycle of 4 days in Villars-sur-Ollon
  • a minisymposium on the latest in genome analyses
  • practical courses in different research laboratories and of the affiliated universities
  • theoretical courses which go under the names of lecture cycle, conference, minisymposium or seminar
  • single lectures to be announced later during the year on the web

All these activities are free of charge (except when co-organised) and you will find the necessary details in this brochure.

What are the objectives ?

The activities of the “IIIème Cycle Romand en sciences biologiques” are part of the post-graduate education of doctoral students in biochemistry and biomedical science, animal biology and plant biology: The objectives are not only to offer an opportunity to acquire scientific knowledge, but also to promote exchanges and interactions between scientists in the Suisse Romande.

What are the benefits ?

By participating you will be able to:

  • widen your scientific horizon and become familiar with newest developments in upcoming research issues.
